Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 30 days of the date shipped. Custom orders and earrings are not eligible for refund or exchange. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to return the piece you purchased.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost items or items damaged during return shipping.
Caring for your jewelry:
Every effort has been made to ensure that your jewelry pieces will last a very long time with the proper care. Because of the plated nature of many of our metal items, though we work very hard to ensure all materials are as non-tarnish as possible, some changing of metal colors may still occur over time depending on factors such as body chemistry of the wearer, and how often and for how long the jewelry is worn. We recommend a soft polishing cloth to clean jewelry pieces.
Because natural stones are used, the stones may vary slightly in shape, shade, cuts and size, but this will in no way affect the intention of the piece. Gemstones are fragile and should be treated with care. It's recommended to take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising or partaking in rough/fast activity. This can breakdown the materials that make up the jewelry or break a jump-ring or clasp.
We are pleased to offer free repairs within the first six months of the purchase date. Any repairs after this time period will need to be accessed on an individual basis. You should send an email to returns@sevensaints,life, ideally with a picture of the piece and/or description of how it broke. This is based on the honor system. There will most likely be a repair fee which will be accessed and emailed back to you, which may be approximately $20-25 which includes additional parts and shipping. (Please keep all parts to the piece to return as complete as possible)
